When life gives you Strawberries, you make Jam out of it!

* I could not get hold of any organically-grown strawberries, so I have used the ones available in the market

All you need is Strawberries and Jaggery(A great substitute of Sugar)

Step 1 Cut the berries and bring it to boil with lots(if strawberries are very sour) of jaggery
Step 2 Place the pan on medium heat and simmer for another 5 mins till you get Jam-like consistency
Step 3 Let it cool down and preserve it in a air tight container.

Shelf Life – 7 to 8 days!
